For many of us who play poker, one of the most frustrating occurences is when the person sitting to our right constantly raises our blinds. It is one of the most annoying personalities you’ll encounter. Basically, raising every time he or she is on the button. It seems like you are folding your blind hands more than you would like to be, and it can throw you off your rhythm.
Certainly, there is nothing wrong with a person raising on the button when playing poker, but when they do it seemingly every time, you realize that you have to fight back.
So, what’s the easiest way to get someone to stop raising your blind every time? Well, obviously that would be to make a hefty re raise. A few times of doing that and he will think twice about constantly raising. It doesn’t matter what poker cards you’re holding, I would recommend a few hefty re raises.
And what if you’re holding a big hand in the blind? In that case, I might slyly call and hope to win a big pot off of the raiser. That will surely make them cautious about raising you every time. Remember this when you play poker online.
