If you are just starting out in the world of body building chances are you are going to want to learn how to increase that vertical jump of yours. Here are 3 easy steps you can do in the comfort of your own home.
Stretch- The first lesson you’ve probably already know or have heard of from everyone is you need to stretch first and this is true. Stretching will help the muscles to do things they normally wouldn’t, so increasing that jump is definitely in.
Jump rope- Just by jumping rope every day you’ll be not only exercising but strengthening muscles you didn’t even know needed it. Plus you can do this just about anywhere, take it to work with you and do it right before going inside or at lunch time.
Deep knee bends- If you are planning on doing anything vertical it’s going to take your knees to bend in order to do it. Just think when you do a vertical jump you always bend at your knees. Stand straight up, bend at your knees. Come down slowly, keeping your back perfectly straight as far as you can and then back up.
By doing these exercises 4 times a week you’ll help your chances of you to increase vertical jump.
